Proficiency With IT180 Materials

This type of laminate and prepreg is popular for high-frequency PCBs. It is a PCB material that is designed to withstand higher-than-average frequencies.

These are frequently used in applications that require unique signal propagation between devices.

When a PCB emits extremely high-frequency signals, customers would usually order an impedance control type of board to keep the device from corrupting.

This contributes balance performance on the overall.

One Solution for Your PCB Needs

PCBTok has a long history of producing PCBs.

We have been producing high-quality boards, particularly Multilayer PCBs made of the FR4 material.

One of these materials is the IT180, which has high Tg.

The performance of our PCB is dependent on proper PCB design, which we can help you with.

So, choose us as your all-in-one PCB supplier for any circuit board products.

Because of our extended manufacturing capabilities, we can provide affordable rates.

We manufacture a variety of PCBs as stated in your Gerber file.

IT180 PCB By Feature

High Tg IT180 PCB

We have customers who require High TG PCB for aerospace and computer (24/7) applications.

Low CTE IT180 PCB

A low CTE is a feature that protects this board from delamination. The given range is from 40°C to 125°C.

CAF-Resistant IT180 PCB

If the material is not CAF-resistant, an electrochemical failure happens. This is why the board we created attempts to prevent it.

High Frequency PCB

In terms of PCB stack-ups, the highest-frequency laminate corresponds to high-Tg PCB requirements.

Standard Loss IT180 PCB

Although low-loss PCB is sometimes preferred, Standard Loss PCB is sufficient for PCBs that do not handle RF frequency.

Rigid PCB

This Rigid PCB material is best used at high frequencies. This board can withstand temperatures of 175 degrees Celsius.

IT180 PCB By Layer (5)

  • Multilayer PCB

The material is used in multilayer PCBs that are dynamically capable of handling internet speed. The thickness of our Multilayer can also vary.

  • 8 Layer PCB

The 8 Layer PCB is a higher layer count PCB that is optimized for this material, the layers are a recommendation number.

  • 10 Layer PCB

Another option is the Rigid PCB with 10 Layers (usually). It’s a popular choice in telecom control because it’s so widely used.

  • 20 Layer PCB

A 20 Layer PCB doubles the number of layers available; some can be used in aeronautics or satellite technology.

  • 30 Layer PCB

The surface finish of a typical 30 Layer PCB is ENIG or ENEPIG. It is good for support multiple interconnects (HDI).

IT180 PCB By Surface Finish & Appearance (5)

  • ENIG PCB

When used in tandem with this FR4 material, ENIG PCB has an unquestionably superior shelf life which means you can stockpile.

  • Lead-Free HASL PCB

This material’s surface finish options include lead-free HASL PCB. The advantage is it is preferred for purchase in EU member states.

  • Green PCB

Because of the lowered cost, customers prefer green PCBs. We can also add custom logos to commonly used standard PCBs.

  • Blue PCB

We specialize in the production of blue PCBs. Blue is commonly used in vehicle PCBs, military PCBs, and medical equipment.

  • Customized PCB

Customized PCBs are all about specific power requirements, specific current demands, and even unique shape and size requests.

Well-Versed in IT180 PCB Manufacture

To produce quality and useful products, strict guidelines or procedures must be followed when constructing these PCBs.

Having said that, we used procedures and components and observed as a result.

To ensure our competence, we perform the following tests:

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Hole Resistance Test, Fixture Test, and Impedance Test.

Your Benefits in Using IT180

This type of PCB, like any other PCB, has its own advantages.

The following are just a few of them, but the most important ones you can get from our IT180 PCB:

It is optimal when used for PCBs with a high layer count.

It is reasonably priced, compared to other High Tg or High Frequency materials

They are also built for high performance.

Lastly, resistance to high temperatures is made easy.

When building PCBs of any kind, there are numerous factors to consider.

Fortunately, PCBTok is trained and highly skilled in this area.

We are already familiar with the assembly procedure due to decade-long of experience.

Using the ITEQ laminate and prepreg like this one is just one of our expert skills.

If you want your PCB to be top-of-the-line, well-taken care of during the manufacturing process-

PCBTok’s products are the best options for you in the market.

IT180 PCB Fabrication

Products that Use IT180

Our PCBs are all handled with care whenever they are the ones for High-Frequency usage. We well craft ours to perfection in accordance with IPC industry regulations.

For this material, it is well suited for:

Laminate That's Phenolic-Cured

The IT180 material is described as a phenolic-cured laminate.

This means that our modern PCB machines heat the layers of copper clad laminate together so that the phenolic substance hardens.

As a result, the hardened laminate then resemble plastic composites, with sheets of copper foil on both sides of the sheet.

The raw material is prepreg sheets, and the finished product is PCBs. After finalizing, we then deliver your PCB as the end result.

OEM & ODM IT180 PCB Applications

Heavy Industry

Heavy industries benefit from PCB use because it adheres to safety standards like the lengthy EU and US directives.

Automotive

The laminates made from this material are strong when bonded together, making them suitable for automobiles’ components.

Telecom Network

Telecommunications and, more broadly, internet applications benefit from the impedance control provided by this type of PCB.

Servers

For servers to work, you need a PCB that can run all times of the day. This material is suitable for the purpose.

Enterprise Data Warehouse

An Enterprise Data Warehouse can store information for entire offices. The facilities must not fail for safety reasons, so the PCB must not fail as well.
