MEGTRON 7 is a high-performance, double sided, customizable solder mask and silkscreen PCB. It has customizable thickness and can be manufactured up to customer standard. The PCB is fully RoHS compliant and has been approved by UL for both the USA, Canada and Mexico.

The board is compatible with many different types of copper layers, including: ENIG (Immersion Gold), HASL (Hot Air Solder Level) and HASL Lead Free. You can choose between white or black solder masks depending on your project’s needs.

MEGTRON 7 is made from advance material which makes it incredibly durable while also providing excellent thermal stability so that it doesn’t warp or crack when exposed to high temperatures like some other types of materials do over time!

The core of the PCB is made from polyimide. Polyimide is a synthetic resin that can be used as a protective layer for electrical components, and also has excellent heat resistance and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The polyimide core allows for high-speed transmission of data through the circuit board and provides a solid foundation for the circuit to rest upon.

Advance materials are also used in the copper foil conductive metals available, but it has poor mechanical strength, making it unsuitable for use in many applications.
